THE 32nd ANNUAL MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE PHILOSOPHY OF SPORT



The 32nd annual meeting of the International Association for the Philosophy of Sport (IAPS) will convene in Grapevine, Texas, at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center on September 16-19, 2004. AddRan College and the Philosophy Department are hosting the meeting with Spencer Wertz serving as conference manager. Scholars from Norway, Germany, England, Scotland, Japan, Canada, and the states will address the philosophical issues of sport. David Vanderwerken (English) will deliver one of the keynote addresses on the play spirit and satiric poetry. This is the third time that TCU has hosted IAPS meetings.
